This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for ReplySignal subscriptions.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is free of charge. You can use it for as long as you wish and stop at any time without obligation.
2. Pro Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your first paid month, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge by emailing billing@replysignal.app from the email address on the account. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are at our sole discretion.
4. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods outside the 7-day window. If you cancel mid-cycle, you continue to have access until the end of the cycle but will not be refunded for the unused portion.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
If you experience a prolonged Service outage or a billing error caused by us, contact billing@replysignal.app and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Disputed charges that we cannot resolve through Stripe's dispute process may result in account suspension.
7. Statutory Rights
This policy does not override any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction (including, for EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable to digital services).
