1. The Service
ReplySignal is a software-as-a-service product that helps users discover relevant content on third-party social platforms and generate suggested replies using AI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X (formerly Twitter) or any other social platform.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service to send spam, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits or security features.
- Do not misuse AI-generated content to deceive, impersonate, or mislead others.
- Comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform where you publish replies.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. AI-Generated Content
Replies are generated by large language models and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any content before publishing it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, suitability, or compliance of generated content with applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
